WonderWorks Academy in the Making: Touch-Ups & Color

We are thrilled to share some exciting progress as we continue to build the foundation for our new preschool! It's been an incredible journey so far, and we're getting closer and closer to opening our doors to little learners. This week brought some big steps forward, and we can’t wait to tell you all about it.

Painting Progress: Bringing Color to Life!

Our amazing friends have been busy helping us transform the space. While we’ve been focused on getting the base coat down and smoothing out all the edges, this week we took it a step further. We worked on perfecting those edges and added a fresh coat of paint to certain areas to give the walls a polished, crisp look. Every little detail counts as we want to create a welcoming environment where both children and teachers feel inspired!

The First Room Gets a Splash of Color!

Here’s the big news: We’ve added color to the very first room! There will be four distinct rooms dedicated to different activities, each designed to spark curiosity and creativity. The first room to get its color treatment is the reading room, and it’s going to be a beautiful blue! This room will be the cozy, calming space where children can enjoy stories, explore books, and let their imaginations soar.

We’re thrilled to see the blue come to life on the walls, and it already feels like such a warm, inviting space. It’s amazing how a fresh coat of color can really transform a room and set the tone for the fun and learning that will take place here.

What’s Next?

As we continue painting and completing the finishing touches, we’ll also be working on the other rooms. Each room will be uniquely designed for specific activities – for reading, math, imaginary play, and movement. Every room will be crafted with care to ensure it provides an engaging, safe, and nurturing environment for all the children who walk through our doors.
